Dear Mrs. Alvina,
I have recently ordered some pairs of Adorable Ladies’ Shoes to your company on 2nd January. And those shoes arrived on 8th January. Unfortunately, when I opened it, I saw that 5 pairs of Brown Flatshoes are broken. And 2 pairs of  Navy Sneakers that I receive are wrong size. So, I feel dissatisfied with your service.
To resolve the problem, I would require you to replace the shoes with the same specification. So I can sell all that Ladies’ Shoes in our company. And if your company agree, we hope that shoes arrived no later than a week after the letter is received.
Please let me know as soon as possible what action you propose to take. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter.
